Open To:<\/strong> NRA or ISRPA membership not required.  All\ncompetitors must have a Release of Liability Agreement on file with FWRR, or\nmust complete the Release at registration. Competitors must sign the Liability\nRelease and a Parent, Guardian or an Authorized Adult must witness the\nsignature.  An\nAuthorized Adult must have signed Parental or Guardian consent to sign the\nRelease of Liability<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entry Fee:<\/strong> $30.00, payable at Statistics Office on Match day. \nCash or checks only please; no credit cards can be processed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                       \n(Match\nfees may be reduced by grants or sponsorships)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ammunition:<\/strong>  Any safe ammunition permitted \u2013 No tracers or incendiary\nrounds. \n           <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time:<\/strong>  Registration opens at 7:00 and closes at 8:30.  First shot \u2013 promptly<\/strong><\/em> at 9:00 A.M.  Lunch will be available \u2013 free to competitors and may be purchased for $11.00 by non-competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-Registration:<\/strong>  Pre-registrations are encouraged.  Register at \nFWRRHPDirector@aol.com<\/a>.  Walk-in registrations will be accepted up to a range\ncapacity of 28 competitors.  Adults may fire as \u201cOut of Competition\u201d\nshooters if range capacity allows.  Parents and sponsors of Competitors\nwill be given preference for \u201cOut of Competition\u201d slots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course of Fire:<\/strong>  NRA 50-Round National Match Course.  The 600-yard\nstage will be fired at 300-yards on the MR-63 reduced target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules:<\/strong>   2022 NRA High Power Rules will apply.  Match and Service rifles will be permitted. NRA Classifications will be used.  A Match Jury will be empaneled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per NRA Rule 19.4.1<\/em><\/strong>, Coaching will be allowed for Junior shooters who have not established an NRA classification, or who are classified as NRA Marksman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Targets:<\/strong>  The matches will be shot on Silver Mountain\nElectronic Targets.  Competitors are required to provide their own display\ndevice (Tablet, IPhone, IPad) or similar device.  Competitors are\nresponsible for having enough battery capacity in their devices to support the\noperating time required for a match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If, in the judgment of\nthe Range Officer, a competitor is shooting in a manner that endangers the\nrange equipment, that competitor will be withdrawn from the match and their\nmatch fees refunded.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Match Structure:  NRA Registered Match<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Match 1<\/strong>\u2013 200 yards, slow fire, standing, 2 convertible sighters and 10\nshots for record, 12 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Match 2 <\/strong>\u2013 200 yards, rapid fire, sitting, 2 sighters and 10 shots for\nrecord, 63 seconds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Match 3 <\/strong>\u2013 300 yards, rapid fire, prone, 2 sighters and 10 shots for\nrecord, 73 seconds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Match 4<\/strong> \u2013 Simulated 600 yards, slow fire, prone, 2 convertible\nsighters and 20 shots for record, 22 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Match 5<\/strong>\u2013 Course Aggregate: Matches 1-4.  Match 5 winner will be\nthe Indiana Junior State Champion, subject to residency requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awards:   Match Winners:<\/strong>  An award will be\npresented to the winner of each Match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Classification Winner:<\/strong>  The high scoring competitor in each\nClassification will be presented an award.  Classifications will be\ncombined until a minimum of three Competitors are represented in each\nClassification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
