{"id":2230,"date":"2023-06-07T12:12:04","date_gmt":"2023-06-07T12:12:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fwrrclub.org\/?p=2230"},"modified":"2023-06-07T13:09:23","modified_gmt":"2023-06-07T13:09:23","slug":"fwrr-range-mowing-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fwrrclub.org\/index.php\/2023\/06\/07\/fwrr-range-mowing-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"FWRR Range Mowing Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our range is mowed by a volunteer crew who keep it looking\nmore like a golf course than the scraggly mowed field look than many ranges\nhave.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Thank you Mowing Crew for the\nwork you do to keep our range looking so nice!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mowing is nominally scheduled for every alternate Wednesday,\nbut the exact day may change if weather conditions or range conditions don\u2019t\nallow mowing on a scheduled day.&nbsp; The\nexact time of day that mowing is under way may change due to personal schedules\nand just how long it is taking to get the grass cut, so an exact time schedule\ncan\u2019t be posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>A range is closed to shooting when mowing is under way.  If there is no mowing in the Pistol Bays, they may be used even if the rifle range is being mowed, and vice-versa.
