Stand Alone Silver Mountain Targets

The stand alone Silver Mountan targets are ready for use. The 200-yard target has been in place for a while and I have shot on it several times to zero Junior guns. So far no one has used it to mount a paper target or to pattern a shotgun.

Silver Mountain electronic target frame at 200-yards

I just finished a second frame and I have mounted it on the south end of the 100-yard target frames. I did my best to duplicate the sensor spacings on the 200-yard frame, so the calibration of the two frames should be close – but I have not shot on the 100-yard frame to verify it. Consider it a practice target.

There is a 100-yard Coropolex backer with a 100-yard face in the clubhouse for this frame.

As a note – if you use the stand-alone system and the system does not register your shots – save the string as “EMPTY TEST STRING” and just unplug and replug the power on the target and line units. This shoud restore the system. Let me know if this happens and I will get the saved data analyzed to see what is happening (it has happened just one time than I know if).

Thanks and good shooting.
